Annelie Sieveking has been a research associate at the Faculty of Sustainability at Leuphana University of Lüneburg since 2015. She holds a M. Sc. in Sustainability Science and a B. A. in Political Science and Educational Science. Having a professional background in Education for Sustainable Development, her research focuses on the role of institutional settings, social innovations and societal values in the context of food system transitions.
As a member of the “Restructure” working group within the project “Leverage Points for Sustainability Transformation”, her current research focuses on institutional dynamics in sustainability transformation (law and governance) with an emphasis on Food Policy Councils.
